Hi there, I’m Sylvie
I’m a UX practitioner with a Master’s in Library and Information Science. Researching, designing, and writing with users in mind from Chicago, IL.
For the better part of a decade, I’ve been writing documentation and experiences that simplify the complex process of web archiving for products built by the Internet Archive, a non-profit digital library and repository of the history of the web. For the past 5+ years, I’ve focused on building user-centered research, content strategy, and design into my department’s development process.
